We collect information:

• Directly from you through forms, emails, calls, or meetings

• Via our website and digital platforms, including the iCertify Client Portal, SmartSuite, Softr, Google Forms, and integrated cloud services. 

• From public sources or other professionals (architects, builders, councils, Government Authorities)

• Provide certification and related services

• Comply with legislative and regulatory requirements

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and authorities

Access to the iCertify Client Portal is role-based and restricted to authorised users. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing privacy@pbc.au.
We will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days).
